Shipping Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment from all major debit and credit cards, as well as payments made through Swish.

Delivery Options

We offer reliable delivery options to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Currently, we ship within Sweden using PostNord. For international orders, we partner with country-specific last-mile courier services to ensure efficient delivery.

Shipping Availability

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 10AM are typically shipped the same working day; however, in some cases, dispatch may take 2-3 working days. For delivery within Sweden, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 working days. For our valued customers in Europe, including the EU and the UK, delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 working days. If you are located elsewhere in the world, please note that shipping to other destinations may take between 7 to 15 working days.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us via email or live chat as soon as possible. Our dedicated team works diligently to swiftly process and pack orders, so it's important to notify us promptly. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, we're unable to modify or cancel it.

Order Cancellation Reasons

Address Information

If you've entered an incorrect delivery address, we can assist in changing the address before the order is shipped. However, please note that we cannot modify billing addresses. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the destination address cannot be made.

Customs and Import Fees

For customers outside of Sweden, it's important to be aware that you may be subject to import fees. Noat is not responsible for any additional fees associated with customs and import regulations.

Incorrect Items Received

Returns

We understand that circumstances may change. You can initiate a return within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we can only reimburse products with an unbroken seal. To begin a return for Noat products, contact us through live chat or email at hello@noat.com. We are here to assist you.

Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 24 hours. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please understand that this timeline is determined by your bank or card issuer and is beyond our control. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
