Returns and refunds policy

This returns and refunds policy applies to purchases made from NOAT Sweden AB (“NOAT”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It is designed to be clear and practical, and it does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

1) Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA, including Sweden)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA (including Sweden), you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within this period.

2) Important exception for sealed goods (health and hygiene)

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed goods are not eligible for return if the seal has been broken after delivery. This includes nicotine pouches and any other consumable goods supplied in sealed packaging where the seal is broken or the product is opened.

  • If an item is sealed and unopened, it may be eligible for return within the applicable return period.
  • If a multipack contains multiple sealed units and only some seals are broken, only the unopened, sealed units may be eligible for return.

3) Return eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return (where permitted), items must meet all of the following:

  • Returned within the applicable timeframe (see section 1 or section 7).
  • Unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging (where applicable).
  • In original condition, with all original components and packaging.

4) Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned (except where required by law):

  • Any opened or unsealed consumable items (including nicotine pouches) due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items, where clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase (this does not affect your rights for defective items).

5) How to request a return or withdrawal

To request a return or to exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@noat.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Your reason (optional for withdrawal, helpful for support)
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns must be requested through our official process. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused if they do not meet the conditions above.

6) Return address

Please only send returns after contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unless we tell you otherwise, returns should be sent to:

7) Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind / withdrawal: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Incorrect, defective, or damaged items: We will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution, depending on the case.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the return until it reaches us.

8) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@noat.com and include photos where relevant.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. In Sweden, consumer rights may include the right to remedies for defective goods under applicable consumer legislation. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund.

9) Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund the price you paid for the returned goods. Where the EU/EEA right of withdrawal applies, we will also refund the cost of standard outbound delivery (if charged), excluding any extra costs you chose (for example, express shipping).

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Timing (EU/EEA withdrawal): We will issue your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you provide evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
  • Processing time: After we issue a refund, it may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

10) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges as a standard process. The quickest option is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

11) Returns outside the EU/EEA (ROW)

If you are located outside the EU/EEA, return rights may vary by country. Where local law does not provide a withdrawal right, we may still offer a 14-day returns process as a commercial policy, subject to the eligibility conditions and hygiene exception in this document.
